Wednesday Craft Group - Dragon

Seriously how beautiful is this?
Every week i co-ordinate craft group, cut out millions (well ok, quite a few) pattern pieces, stitch samples, pull out my hair and then sit back and feel really pleased that everyone had such a good time and made something precious to take home - My big girl knows that whatever i make stays at the school to sell at the craft stall during festiValley NOT THIS ONE...she fell in love and who am i to deny her? so home he came.

*This dragon is made from a slightly altered pattern from the original ‘Belinda the Baby Dragon’ by Robyn Stickland at Silver Nutmeg Creations - robyn.stickland@gmail.com

Thank you Maureen - start small and let the spoken word spread; before you know it you will be calling for helpers to ease the preparation headaches!

She is isn't she Heidi? - perfect name too :)

Adorable as usual. We're having a doll making workshop here tomorrow and as usual I cannot go as I have to work! So sad!

Hi K - the info for the pattern is at the bottom of the post ‘Belinda the Baby Dragon’ by Robyn Stickland at Silver Nutmeg Creations - robyn.stickland@gmail.com

We added a second spine frill, beads and the 'flame' which was just needle felted in at the end.
have fun!

Well, all I can say is you are one formidable woman. I would LOVE to do what you do, and perhaps I will when I grow up. Which won't be soon, I promise. I've been planning a Christmas ornament remedial workshop for three years now - I mean only planning and not doing. So the fact that you can pull this together every month or so? Yeah. I bow to you.
