I am getting behind!

It is Wednesday and I haven't written the craft group post..I am too tired.  I am spending many, many hours writing a midwifery practice review synopsis (18 pages or something like that of practice reflection in line with the national competencies)..nearly finished and perhaps then life will return to normal.
Anyway this is what we did today, I'll be back with a picture tutorial shortly (read into this a day or two).
